Day 1: Theory-Based Learning
Gain a deep understanding of how cancer and its treatments affect the body, particularly the skin, and how to provide safe, compassionate care through esthetic practices. Topics include:
Real-life client stories and before-and-after case studies from Looking & Feeling FAB, Inc.
Understanding the lymphatic system and its critical role in oncology care
Effects of surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, and targeted treatments on the skin—and how to adapt your techniques accordingly
Addressing the emotional and psychological impact of cancer
Selecting appropriate, oncology-safe products
Treatment protocols tailored to client needs
Scenario discussions and live demonstrations
Open Q&A session for clarification and discussion
Day 2: Hands-On Application
Put your knowledge into practice in a supportive, supervised environment. Activities include:
Creating customized treatment plans
Conducting a comprehensive medical history intake
Selecting and using appropriate products
Listening to and learning from guest clients with cancer
Providing hands-on treatments to oncology clients under guidance
Final Q & A, feedback, certificate ceremony, and group photo

Meet the educator Holly Brown:
Holly Brown is the founder of Looking and Feeling FAB, Inc. a nonprofit organization that solely concentrates on treating skin side effects of cancer. Holly ‘s own health struggles and treatments made her realize the lack of help that existed for these skin reactions, sometimes so severe they are responsible for delays in medication and impacting one’s quality of life. Holly has been an Aesthetician for over 12 years and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Nonprofit Management. Her and her team have helped over 400 cancer patients who otherwise would of suffered in silence. Holly loves sharing her knowledge and experience through her course FAB Oncology Certification Training for Estheticians. She has mentored eight nonprofit creation and startups and has written in many magazines and newspapers, received many awards and is a sought after inspirational speaker.
