The course prerequisite is to hold an appropriate license as a cosmetologist, esthetician, nail technician, or massage therapist.

Who is this class for? This class is for estheticians, massage therapists, nail techs and cosmetologists that are looking to add foot massage techniques into their treatments.  What will this class include? A brief overview of the bones and muscles of the foot. An overview of the reflexology foot map. Indications and contraindications for foot massage. The importance and use of body mechanics while performing foot massage. A demo of techniques including a hot towel foot wrap, reflexology, effleurage, and more for the foot and ankle. Giving and receiving 30 mins each of practice with a classmate. Ending with grounding practices. How to integrate foot massage into any treatment you offer. You will receive: High quality certificate of completion. Joe Glow swag items. Networking with other spa pros. Continued support as needed. 4 CE / CEU Hours (see details below). Class details: 10 students max. You will give 30 mins of practice and then receive 30 mins of practice with a class partner. No refunds, tickets are transferrable.
